Calendaristic, azi incepe vara; va recomand, pentru zilele toride, un excelent aperitiv racoritor:

aperitiv-marinaresc-micIngrediente — Peste (preferabil somon), creveti fierti si curatati de cochilie, scoici si/sau alte fructe de mare, pate de peste, pasta de icre, caviar, pasta de peste, alge comestibile, crema de brânza, maioneza, smântâna, zeama de lamâie, sare de mare, ulei de masline si crutoane (felii patrate) rumenite in cuptor, fara grasime.

Mod de preparare — O imagine “vorbeste”, ea spune uneori mai mult decât 1000 de cuvinte. [ Clic pe foto. ] Va doresc pofta buna!
